Sales Incentive Policy

This Sales Incentive Policy is designed for Dcrayons Consultancy Private Limited and encompasses guidelines for incentivizing sales performance. Please carefully review this policy if you are categorized under sales personnel.

Minimum Sales Incentive Criteria

Sales incentives will be applicable when a salesperson achieves a monthly sales figure that is at least 2.5 times their current monthly salary. This is the minimum criteria for eligibility.

Incentive Calculation

Once the minimum sales criterion (2.5X of monthly salary) is met, the incentive will be calculated as 10% of the total sales amount achieved by the salesperson.

Performance Review and Continuity

  • If a salesperson fails to achieve the minimum sales threshold (1.8X of monthly salary) continuously for three consecutive months, they may be considered as a non-performing candidate and could be asked to leave the organization.
  • The decision will be based on performance reviews and discussions with the manager.

Referral Incentives

  • Employees can refer customers to the company.
  • Referral incentives will be 10% of the total sales amount generated from the referred customer’s first month’s payment only.
  • This incentive will be paid to the employee who made the referral.

Policy Details
